2024

November

  • Enhanced role management, allowing for custom user roles (e.g., designer, investor, startup founder).

October

  • Introduced pinned messages for easier reference.

July

  • Launched the Inbox feature for better notification management.

June

  • Enabled video uploads and support for other file types like PDFs.

May

  • Released event ticketing on May 6th (beta), allowing ticket sales and seamless attendee integration into Corela. To request early access, email support@corela.us.

April

  • Added live video functionality to Corela Spaces.

  • Made Live Spaces more shareable.

  • Introduced tools to support communities working transparently.

March

  • Focused on making Corela feel more human with:

    • Photo uploads.

    • New Tinder-style profile pages (yes, we went there!).

    • The ability to claim your Corela name with optional ENS integration.

    • SMS login for easy phone access.

February

  • Launched audio livestreams.

  • Improved notifications.

  • Added features to simplify onboarding to communities.

January

  • Released the beta for audio livestreams (officially launched in February).

2023

December

  • Enabled downloading user data in CSV format for tasks like airdrops, minting, and management.

  • Allowed users to connect multiple wallets.

  • Added email onboarding to simplify Corela wallet creation.

October

  • Rolled out profile pages with public and private viewing options.

  • Introduced global direct messaging.

  • Beta-tested end-to-end encryption (E2EE) for DMs.

  • Continued work on E2EE.

  • Launched public Notion-style pages, both token-gated and public, for onboarding new community members.

  • Introduced token-gating features (e.g., setting a 1 BTC requirement in wallets).

  • Added the Updates feature for managing mentions and replies.

  • Published a license for the Corela desktop app (Mac), making it easier for Mac users to install the app and share it directly from the homepage.
